Welcome to the Recent Program Graduates System of Washington State

This system has been sponsored by the Center of Excellence for Aerospace and Advanced Materials Manufacturing

Managers and HR Directors of manufacturing and aerospace companies in Washington State are always looking for talented and skilled employees.

This system has been created as a resource to display work-ready graduates of our community college programs.

The system is not password protected and anyone in industry can use it to locate the following:

  • Your local community college and its location
  • Community college programs listed by cluster (see cluster options below)
  • Program names that relate to the positions that you are seeking (i.e. CNC Machinist)
  • College contact information for each program
  • Number of graduates exiting the program
  • Dates of graduation
  • Program descriptions and skill sets developed in each program

  1. Choose a program cluster to start your search
  2. Review the schools listed in that program cluster
  3. Find a school near you and check on their program
  4. If the program meets your need, call the contact
  5. Ask about the best students coming out of the next program
  6. Request resume submission and/or schedule interviews

Definitions of degree programs

AAS: associates in applied science degree
AAS-T: associate in applied science - transfer degree
ATS: associate in technical science
ATA: associate of technical arts degree
AAT: associate in applied technology
certificate of completion: awarded in some professional and technical programs; usually do no include courses outside the major subject
certificate of proficiency: awarded for the successful completion of a specific short-term program of study in a professional/technical field where course work is 44 credits or less, and generally does not include "related instruction" requirements ) related instruction a range of courses distributed across various areas, required for a professional/technical degree in order to develop breadth of knowledge outside the major field).
