Connecting education and industry for better training and jobs in Washington State 
In aerospace and advanced materials manufacturing

Supporting Washington State Aerospace and Advanced Manufacturing is an important mission that the Center of Excellence (COE) does not take lightly.

The COE actively pursues strategies to create educational efficiencies, build a diverse workforce for strategic industries, and develop innovative curriculum and ways of delivering education and training involving aviation, aerospace and advanced manufacturing. The COE acts as a broker of information and provides resources related to community and technical college education.

The COE works with employers, other colleges, career and technical education programs in regional high schools, skill centers, and labor representatives to develop curriculum and training programs and to promote best practices in education and training to support the Washington State aerospace industry.
